There once was a crooked little house. It wasn't the best house but it was full of weird stuff and it was always open when someone needed a safe place to go. Sometimes it was filled with people making art, sometimes there were parties with tiny hats. There was always a cranky old cat.
One day the house was sold and the Stone and the Robot who lived there could not purchase the house because the owner was a miserly dragon who would rather sell the house to someone who watched too much HGTV and wanted a "fixer-upper".
And so Stone Robot Enterprises had to find a new place and rebuild their empire. After viewing locations that were too moldy, too close to train tracks, too tiny, and too boring an appropriate house was found!
Contracts were signed and a loan was started. Everything seemed to be on track until they were told they made $400 too much for the grant they were counting on and then they were told that the depost they paid on their crooked house would be given to the HGTV Fixer-Upper owner and would not be available until they moved out.
And sadness fell across the Empire. But then they thought "Hey, our families are super awesome. Maybe they can toss us a few bucks. And maybe if they are able to give a little more we can make them things!"
And so it came to pass that Stone Robot Enterprises created this Go Fund Me camapign in the hopes of funding part of their down payment.
