Former USC Gamecock, Rolando Howell, suffered a fall during a seizure and broke his C5 vertebrae, leaving him paralyzed. He has begun intensive medical care for his spinal injury. Rolando is responding very well to all medical treatment and is in good spirits with a positive attitude about his future.
He will be attending Carolinas Medical Center Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation program in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is ready and eager to gain back strength and mobility.
As one can imagine, healthcare costs are adding up rapidly. He has a long rehab journey ahead. The longer he remains in the rehabilitation program, the stronger and healthier he will become. With help, we hope to keep him in extensive rehab longer, to insure he gets the best care and recovery.
In order to help his family with expenses, we need family, friends, and our community to pull together! Any amount donated is beyond appreciated. All donations will be going directly to Ro's medical care and needs.
