Robbery at The Dump- NOATS, Hello Nurse, Old Table
Donation protected
The Dump, a beloved home, rehearsal space and show space in East Flatbush Brooklyn, was robbed. 5 guitars, 2 basses, 1 keyboard and over a dozen effect pedals, not to mention cases, cables etc. were taken.
Though we are not exactly sentimentalists, our goal is to replace what was lost with second hand gear that is comparable to, if not exactly the same as what was stolen. We have already started ordering things but the price is adding up. Conservatively, it would take $5,000 to replace our gear.
No One and the Somebodies have already had to cancel one gig as a result of the theft, so the sooner we get this taken care of, the better.
