Ride Across Britain 9 Days Sept7
The aim is ride from Lands end to Johnogroats over 9 days and 990miles. Whilst this is an organised event www.rideacrossbritain.co.uk it is no easy task. I have not ridden large distances before and working at 110miles a day for 9 days will be a massive challenge. Currently I ride 30-40kms twice a week.
I think everyone has been touched by this terrible desease in one way or another. It is a great opportunity for me to put myself through a self sacrifice of training and commitment to help raise funds to support the research and people suffering through prostate cancer.
Giving money would be fairly simple but I wish to help promote the charity by posting my training over the next 12 months towards the ride and through the days of the event. Hoping that people will give anything they can to help myself and others support the good work of Prostate Cancer UK.
