Ride on - for the PG hardship fund

Many of our Graduate students are in dire financial straits.  Every year, we receive applications to our hardship fund from students who cannot afford rent, who may need to drop out of studies or who, for multiple other reasons are struggling at a truly awful level.  To try to supplement this fund aimed at providing financial relief on June 10, 2018 various Trinity College staff and students, including the Dean of Health Sciences, the Dean of Development, the Dean of Graduate Studies, the Senior Tutor, the Vice President of the Graduate Students Union, and many other wonderful Professors and students will be cycling the wicklow 200 event, or doing some equivalent form of excessive physical endeavour on a sponsored basis (it also helps those of us in denial about middle age).  Please, please sponsor us.  No matter what the amount you donate it will be vitally important in aiding a student who desperately needs and deserves assistance.  Feel free also to leave abusive messages (after donating) about how you will spend the day in bed/drinking beer because you can, and about how people who wear lycra voluntarily need the pity of everyone else
