Richard's 60 Mile Cycle Ride

I was a keen cyclist as a child, but I became lazier as an adult. At 32, I have decided enough is enough and now is the time to really get into cycling - it's something I enjoy and will keep me fit.

So I'm going to cycle the furthest I have in my life and raise a bit of money for charity.  The bike ride is on 12 July and is from Manchester to Blackpool, a total of 62 miles. I hope to do it in around 4 hours.

I plan to give 50% off the charity money I raise to Christies Cancer Charity in Manchester and The Josh Wilson Brain Tumour Charity in Bury.
