Revision Surgery for failed ADR

My Lumbar Spine 3 months Before Surgery at Stenum for a 2 level M6 ADR surgery. Diagnosis: Severe DDD with disc hernation at L3/L4 & L4/L5.
M6 Lumbar ADR, Implanted too Lateral, causing the M6-L ADR to malfunction at L3/L4 level, and my back fractured & collapsed due to this M6 Malfunction.

My back has looked this way since Jan 2011.
I met Dr. Ritter-Lang in 2010 in California for a clinical evaluation. Dr. Ritter-Lang recruits patients from the US to go to Germany to have artificial disc replacement surgery.
I went to Germany to Stenum Hospital in 2010 and spent all I owned, $70,000, to get multi-level Spinal Kinetics M6 artificial disc replacement surgery (neck & back).
The medical procedures did not go as planned, and I couldn't walk for 2 years after the surgery. (See Video Below of me walking with a walker POST ADR SURGERY in Stenum with Dr. RitterLang.)
With the help of a chiropractor and a massage therapist, I can now sit for 10-15 min at a time, and take very short walks. I have lost my career, relationships, and the ability to carry a child. The pain and emotional suffering have been Intense, to say the least, since I had surgery at Stenum Hospital, with Dr. Ritter Lang, in 2010.
The Dr's I have seen in Florida are telling me the answer is a 9 level fusion. I have been afraid to face a revision surgery due to all the pain and suffering I have gone through with Stenum Hospital.
I now am ready to face surgery and whatever it takes to get my life back!!
There are two newer artificial discs available now in Europe that should be able to stabilize my spine. I am in the process of getting quotes and recommendations from some of the top surgeons in Swittzerland and in US to see what would be my best option.
If any of you have had the same experience I did with Stenum, please write on this forum wall. I want to know how many others were treated like this from Stenum Hospital and Dr. Ritter Lang.
