Hello my name is Phillip Allen I am chaplain with the North Las Vegas Police Department, In October if 2016 I recieved news from then my Dentist that I have Advanced peridontal disease after consulting with my Orthodontist, it was determined that my teeth would have to be removed. This issue was due in part because poison in the form of bacteria was getting into my blood stream, I went through the procedure performed by the dental office, of "Half Dental" the procedure went off without a hitch however on being assigned my follow up appointments, I was told that Half Dental services were no longer in business and in fact had been shut down by the State Attorney General's office i was left with an unfinished dental Implant procedure that was due my out of pocket expense was 13,000.00 which I lost due to there closing. My friends because of this happening to me the work that i do in this community, with both adults and Children, has greatly diminished. I am asking for your donations, to cover the$ 24,000.00. Cost to fix my condition. Albright Dental Services here in Las Vegas has agreed to complete the dental work that is needed, because of my condition ordinary dentures will not work my only other option is to get the Implants. My friends this issue has devestated my life, and I am asking you to open up hearts and help me get this resolved. So can continue to service the Men and Women who get so much to this Community.
