Ret. Sgt. Kranking's Memorial Fund

Donation protected
Andy Kranking retired from the Montgomery County Police as a Sergeant after 34 years of service. After a courageous 3-year battle with cancer, he passed on March 19, 2017. He left behind a loving wife of 28 years and 5 children; four of which are quadruplets with the youngest having Cerebral Palsy and numerous lifelong health issues.  This fund is being created to support the family's effort in covering funeral expenses and lingering medical expenses, and to provide financial support for the family's needs.
Andy was a kind soul, a man who understood the value and blessing of every day, a fearless leader, a patient listener, a friend to ALL, a beacon of hope for many, a spiritual guide in his catholic faith, a loving father to 5, a devoted husband. The imprint  Andy left on the lives of everyone he crossed paths with is truly unmeasurable. It's rare to meet someone like Andy. Those of you that are lucky enough to have met him know this to be true.  Our family experienced a miracle when Andy outlived any of the doctors' expectations and graced us with so much more cherished time than we thought possible. Andy's legacy continues to be far-reaching (Words of Lucie Fremeau, niece of Andy Kranking).
