Restore Comfort to Andrew's Flooded Home

My name is Andrew.

We live in a flipped house in Kansas City Missouri. Our house has significant problems. There was recent flash flooding and it was devastating. We had up to 2.5 feet of water in our basement at one point. We lost a lot: damaged baby pictures, ruined furniture made by grandparents that are no longer with us, flooded water heater, damaged AC unit. We were only without hot water for a few days, but we have been without Air Conditioning in the heat of Summer for over a month. Thanks to neighbors, we have temporary units in my daughter's room, but that only does so much. Our floor boards are wet enough to form mold and will soon begin rotting. We have done everything we can.

We have applied for loans and are waiting to hear back so we can seal the basement, insulate, and replace the HVAC unit, but we still don't have any yeses. The estimate cost of all 3 repairs and loans are approximately $45,000.00.We could really use some help. Any help will reduce the extreme debt we are likely to enter.
