Creating Resilience for Refugees

I am a global citizen that believes in a world that works for all, which is why I want to contribute socially, by helping relieve the critical situation of refugees at the European borders .
The refugee crisis at present is the largest one since the 2nd World War.
Resilience is key for the welbeing and prosperity of all the people that are sadly stuck in a refugee camp situation.
I believe it is to our common benefit to supply support from skill, which is why I am joining this residency, where I can put some of my knowledge to work, learn more, and take action. I am an artist and a coach by training, and I keep a strong interest alive in areas of politics, social matters, and personal welbeing.
I need to pay for this residency at the beginning of July, which leaves me about 2 weeks to gather the funds that will pay for one week of residency and travel expenses. The other week has already been funded by sponsors of the organisation.
The reason why I am running this campaign is that I would like to have as many people as possible backing up my involvement in 'The Borders Residency', in order to create rapport and a wider support network for the cause.
I will be very grateful to receive your financial contribution and will make sure to inform you of our progress in the lab as well as further ways to contribute to ameliorate the situation of this crisis which affects millions, many of which are children.
