Rescuing Stanley

Hi! My name is Stanley and someone left me stranded to fend for myself. I've been very sick and couldn't eat. There was this nice house where they were feeding outdoor cats and I just believed they would help me. I asked for help many times and finally they realized I could only eat wet food. I was so skinny and had drool around my mouth. I had stickers in my fur because I couldn't clean myself. They took me to the vet and found out I had ulcers under my tongue and abscessed teeth.  It was expensive for the initial tests and medicines, but they paid for it and took care of me. They let me in their house and now I don't ever want to go back outside. But I still need my teeth fixed and I need to find out why I can't keep my food in my tummy. I'm so hungry all the time, but most of my food just comes up after I eat. I'm able to use my tongue again, but something is still wrong with me. Can you please help my new family rescue me and get me healthy? The vet says I'm about 5 years old so I have a lot of life I can still live.... Update: I am taking 3 different medications now for my tummy and I still need dental work. I'm doing much better, but I still need help.
