Help replace friends vandalized car

It's a shame that there has to be some people out there who do foul stuff to people who work so hard just to get by. I put my friend up in my place to help her build up the money to get into a new apartment. She worked 12 hour shifts daily for over a month and raised the money she needed to move into her apartment.  She's been there a little over a year until one day, some bigoted vandal sprayed up her car in the middle of the night, and flattened two of her tires. She came out to go to work as usual, and saw what they did to her car.

They also sprayed 'Nigger' across the hood of her car, and 'Trump' across the back. Obviously she's very upset over it. It really seemed like a nice neighborhood with good people.  Imaging leaving the house to go to work and being greeted with the sight of your car vandalized like that.  I know there are better people that this among us.


It doesn't get any more foul than that.  Insurance company has totalled the car, and while they'll pay off what she owes on it, they won't help her at all with a rental so she  has no way of getting to and from work in the meantime since she has to put down a deposit for a rental car. She has no help at all with a down payment on another car. She's worked too hard for too long to have some hate filled idiot do something like this to her. Nobody deserves this.

I'd love to get some help identifying whoever did this and get them in front of a judge to  make them pay for it but the best that can be hoped for is some assistance with getting back and forth to work while she works on getting her car replaced, and security cameras installed outside the house. She's really devastated by all this. Any help would be greatly appreciated
She's been my friend going on 4 years now, and I've been able to help her get through some very difficult times ovr the years. I'd like to be able to help her out again by raising the money to help her get some kind of down payment on another car and delivering it to her personally.
