Tascosa Drive-In repair

Tascosa Drive-In Theater was devastated by the menacing hurricane winds that bulldozed though our city. Pictures speak louder than words. My family made an investment 20 years ago, both monetary and emotionally, to the people and the city of Amarillo. We have survived despite replacing our gigantic screen, not once, but twice, expanded concessions to give customers variety, and converted to digital to keep our gates open. Tascosa Drive-In has become a part of Amarillo’s fabric. Tascosa Drive-In can be found in our Panhandle Plains Museum, Texas Magazine, AGN, Austin’s newspaper, Dallas newspaper, and all around the Panhandle. Amarillo’s drive-in brings families from all over the world to our city, which helps our tourism economy. We now need Amarillo to make an investment in us. Please help us repair this drive-in back to something special for this city. We are asking for donations to help pay for costly repairs to both our marquee towers and screen. Without help our theater may be in jeopardy.
