Billy was a hard working family man. He worked two jobs to help his family. He has been working at Conoco for 10 years. He was robbed at gun point and shot. He never recovered from his injuries. The family can use all the help and support anyone can possibly give!!! Remembering Billy, he will be loved and missed by many.

Billy was a kind and cheerful man that I will miss dearly. He always knew how to make people feel welcome every time you walked into that store. The family has my heart felt thoughts and prayers. The truck stop will never be the same without him. Praying too that they catch the guy that did this aweful thing to another person. Pease be with you.

Going to miss him dearly , That little chuckle of his , him slinging rubber bands at me he had pretty good aim i may add lol and his all around kindness , He tolerated more in the store than anyone working that night shift when the crazys are out and i always worried about him . ive seen several customers come at billy the wrong way but he always knew how to handle them and didnt take to smack. He will always be a hero in my heart . No it will never be the same for any of his co workers and family my heart goes out to them all through this difficult time . You have earned your wings billy i will miss u dearly Rip

I will Definitely miss seeing Billy at the Beckham store. He was such a kind soul and Tyler has lost a true friend. May God bless his wife and son. There are donation containers at the store also if you have cash and stop by there as I did.

My dad used to live across the street and get his coffee every day at that station. Billy used to help my elderly grandfather pump gas at the other location. So sorry for your loss, I know he will be missed by many.

I am truly sickened by the senseless act that took this man's life. I didn't know him but several members of my family did. We live across the street from the Conoco station so I drive by there every day and am reminded what happened there. I cannot grasp the fact that these "lowlifes" shot and killed him and took him away from his family. A hard working man who worked 2 jobs and these "fools" couldn't work one, instead had to prey on innocent individuals and steal from them. WHY did they have to shoot him? I pray for you Mrs. Stacks and your son. Just know at least that Billy is in a better place even though he was taken from you so shamelessly. God help the fools that did this so they never see the light of day again.
