Remembering Addison Dubinsky

$18,834 of $15,000 goal

Raised by 304 people in 6 months
Created November 11, 2018
It is with a sad heart we share that we have lost Addison Dubinsky. Addison was the sweetest and most loving little girl. Her attention was amazing and she continued to impress us all with her resilience. Despite a lifetime fight with Cerebral palsy, she remained positive.

Last week she became under the weather and was stricken by a virus which caused brain swelling and stroke. The family is beginning preparation for the funeral early next week. More information to come, but any support for the family is welcome as this is an incredibly unexpected expense.

However, donations can also be made in Addison's  name to http://bit.ly/CPDonateAD

All,

We, along with our family, would like to sincerely thank everyone for their generosity and support during this extremely difficult time. There aren’t enough words to say how thankful we are for the donations that came in to the GoFundMe page as well as to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation. We are in awe of the amount of support we have received from gifts, to dinners, to flower arrangements and gift baskets. We are also deeply touched by the turnout at the viewing and funeral service as it was a testament to who Addison was and how she impacted not only our lives, but the lives of everyone she interacted with.

Our lives have been forever changed and we continue to shed tears every day. Addison will always be in our thoughts and in our hearts. We will continue to love her more every day just as we always have. She will always be our “Snoopy”!

We look forward to working with the Cerebral Palsy Foundation in the future, in honor of Addison, and continuing her legacy as a fighter and instilling the will to succeed and to never give up or let anything in this world stop you from doing the things you want to do. There will be more to come on future events with the CPF, but those who want to learn more about it or be able to donate at any time, their website is: http://yourcpf.org/.

We can see Addison now, smiling from ear to ear, waving her hand and saying thank you to everyone for their support and their memories. The outreach of support has been unimaginable, and we too will be forever thankful.

Sincerely,

Lori and Gregg
