Recuperation after fire damage

This morning on the 21th of march some arsenists in balga set my friends car on fire and it burned out completely. Within the Volvo was his passport and working tools inside. Meigo really loved this car and invested lots of time and effort into the maintenance. Unfortunately he didn't had an insurance that covers fire damage so there is no chance that he can recover the cost to get at least new working tools and a new passport.


I started this gofundme campaign not to ask for money for a new car, but Meigo desperately needs new working tools so that he can start working as a roofer again to earn the money for a new car and provide himself. The needed tools include a safety harness, multiple ropes, power tools, a battery operated tape measure, square cutting scissors and a chalk line tool belt. Besides he naturally needs a passport to be able to identify himself but he has to apply in person at the Estonian embassy in Canberra. 


Meigo and his girlfriend are absolutely devastated and under shock at the moment. Both of them are such lovely, nice and polite persons and we can't comprehend why anyone would want to harm them. My natural instinct was to help them as soon as I heard about the news.
