Rebike Colin!

Donation protected
Last Tuesday, my good friend Colin McCrone woke up in the hospital.

He would come to learn that he had been involved in a terrible bike crash, that he had been found tangled in a guard rail on a high mountain road in the Marin headlands, and that only through the swift action of emergency responders and bystanders was he even able to wake up.

But Colin tells his story much better than I ever could. Please, take a moment to read his deeply personal and moving recollection of the crash and the events that followed:

Thankfully, Colin has a network of friends, colleagues, and family who are helping him through his recovery. And if there's anything that those people will tell you, it's that he loves biking more than pretty much anything. So getting back on his feet is only the first step -- we need to get him back on a bike.

Unfortunately, his bike is (to quote the park ranger who found it), "in bad shape." Which is putting it mildly. So here's what I'd like to do. I'd like to raise some money so that we can replace his bike, and he can get back to riding as soon as he's physically able.
