Rady's medical academy funding

I recently found out about Rady Children's Hospital's Medical Academy program that occurs over the summer and I instantly wanted in...but then I realized how much it was.
This program runs from July 14th to July 25th at UCSD/Rady's from 9-4. It offers different types of clinical labs such as CPR, suturing, intubation and many other things including clinical and surgical simulation lab activities and a field trip to Rady Children's Hospital.

I should probably explain my connections with Rady's before going any further: On October 8th, 2013, I had an accident which resulted in a traumatic brain injury (tbi) and am still recovering. I was admitted to Rady's on the night of October 8th and was an inpatient there for four months (Oct. 8th, 2013 to Feb. 14, 2014), the first 36 days being spent in it's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the remainder in the Acute Care Pavilion (3 east) under the rehab services of Dr. Andrew Skalsky. I owe my life to Rady's and will forever be in their debt. Even in my early stages, I said how I wanted to be a doctor there because "(they) saved my life."
I've always been interested in medicine, my mom tells me that I was watching knee replacement surgery with her when I was 6. This recent turn of events has now shown me the way, my destiny, if you will, to work at Rady Children's Hospital "because (they) saved my life."
I believe this Rady's program is the perfect next step in my journey. Although, I may have a chance of paying for some of this by a scholarship or other way but any money I raise here that I don't need for this program, I will donate to Rady Children's Hospital San Diego itself, which will only be the start of my numerous donations to it for all that it has done for me.
