SUPPORT KEYPORT FIRE VICTIMS

We never think that a fire will happen and destroy everything in the blink of an eye. However in the back of our heads we seem to have a plan in the event that happens. This page is the raise support, donations, and awareness on that very issue.  Our community is small yet strong. On April 8th, our boss, known to many as Dr. D, friend, and a neighbor had that fear become a reality. While Dr. D was out enjoying lunch the phone rang. Her apartment and her neighbors apartment were engulfed in flames. Upon arriving she stood helpless with eyes full of tears in a stare of disbelief and terror while the flames lit the sky and her 3 beloved cats perished. With every attempt made by firefighters to save them and control the flames, too much time had passed. Her neighbor was barely able escape and both lost everything. What was once a home for many years full of many memories is now a pile of ash. We are kindly asking for help during this process. There are never the "right words" to say when something like this happens, however help is always needed and will be greatly appreciated. On behalf of the staff of AHAH- Thank you.
