My name is John Scott Bull, and I am a resident on Floral Ct in Fayetteville. I am one of the administrators of the Facebook group Fayetteville citizens against Lindsey's Razorback Golf Course project. Together with Brian Sorensen, I have created this campaign to help fund our battle against Lindsey Management's rezoning proposal.

The citizens of Fayetteville have done a great job of organizing to oppose the zoning that would facilitate Lindsey Management's high density development plans on Razorback Golf Course. We have voiced our concerns with the lack of appropriate infrastructure in this area to the Planning Commission, and in the end, they voted against the RMF-24 zoning. The proposal now moves on to the City Council with the Planning Commission's recommendation to deny.
Even with success at the Planning Commission level, we MUST convince our City Council that this is an unreasonable, irresponsible zoning plan. To do so, we must continue to take this seriously and fight for Fayetteville.
The money raised thus far has been used to retain Robert Rhodes as our attorney. Robert has an impressive resume and has served as a Fayetteville City Council member. He understands the Fayetteville City Governement and can guide us through this process. In addition to Robert's help, funds may be used to do research to prove our concerns are legitimate and to gain media and public attention to this fight.
If there is money remaining from this campaign following the conclusion of this battle, it will either be refunded to the donors in a proportionate manner (if possible), or be used to support the neighborhoods who have contributed.
