Ray Browning Family Support Fund

Ray Browning was tragically killed in an armed robbery in a restuarant in front of his wife and 8 year old son. He interceded the masked gunmen and was shot in the heart and died instantly. The perpetrators are still at large, but hopefully they will be identified and apprehended soon.
Ray was a faithful and dependable Phonoscope employee for about 27 years. He also served our country in the United States Marine Corps. His wife said, "He was a good man." This is often said, but in Ray's case, it is so very, very true. Precious few have consistently upheld such an honorable, respectful, and trustworthy standard. He had a very infectious smile that was uniquely Ray. He also never stopped being a marine. Up to the last, Ray was protecting and serving.
This campaign was setup by Phonoscope, Ray's employer in Houston, Texas. The funds are being raised to help his wife and son cover the funeral costs and other expenses of daily living while they adjust to life without Ray. When the campaign is complete, all funds raised, minus the GoFundMe fees, will be withdrawn by Phonoscope LIGHTWAVE and placed in an account especially setup for these funds to be given to his wife.
