Rare Fusion is a small family owned business in Perth Western Australia owned by Graeme & Marina Sims.
Our son, and third year apprentice, Leon Sims, competed in the National World Butchers Challenge in Sydney on April 17th, 2019. Leon won the National Apprentice Butcher Title and his place on the team to compete in the World Butchers' Challenge in Sacramento, USA in August 2020 against the World's best butchers.
We will need to pay for flights, accommodation, food, travel expenses and provide all our own display plates, signage, condiments & linen in order to compete.
We do not know how much it will cost to send Leon and a support team to the USA to compete, and are looking for financial support from our valued customers and suppliers to help Leon achieve this wonderful goal, and to promote the talents and produce of Western Australia to the World.
We would be eternally gratefully for the support you could provide us and as a proud Western Australian business show our talents to the rest of the World.
