Rapid Recovery
Grace and Peace! Isn't God AWESOME? Indeed He IS and will be FOREVER! After a work injury in January 2015 hit me by surprise life has been a whirlwind for my family and I. We have lost a lot of things in the process and I could spend these lines explaining all the trials we faced but I choose to simply put my faith in what has been my staple...my honesty. Whether it be good or bad I try to stay as transparent as possible to help keep myself accountable. I will confess that my pride was one of the reason my family stayed in our condition for as long as we did. I simply was too ashamed to ask! We WERE homeless for 7 months and in that period we lost and had to let go of a lot of things. God blessed us on September 9, 2015 at 3 pm and released a home to us and all praises are DUE and GIVEN to Him. Today (September 11, 2015) is move in day for us! YAYY!!! However, we have not because we ask not and so I am putting my pride to the side and asking anyone who can to donate to our "Rapid Recovery" during this time. When thinking of a number I was hesitant because of how we might "look" to others. However, I am no longer ashamed to say that we need help. Not to get rich but to simply replace what we lost. The essentials. The needs. Wants will come in due time but I'm asking anyone who can to help us get what we need. We need things such as clothes, food, hygiene products, school supplies, utility payments and everything in between for people who have had to start "over" if you will. On behalf of my family in advance we thank YOU for your support on ANY level and also want to stress that the BEST gift you can give us is the gift of PRAYER! For us it has gotten us here and will CONTINUE to take us all the way to the finish line! One day at a time we will rise from the ashes of what seemed like the worst time in our lives and turned out to be the best thing that could have EVER happened to us as a unit. We are STRONGER, WISER, SMARTER, BETTER, and we know NOW that GOD has NEVER forgotten us for ONE SECOND during our ENTIRE LIVES! Sometimes you have to lose it ALL to gain it again and MORE! We have learned so much about Him in this process and we have also learned what TRULY makes a difference in this world and that is LOVE. We love you ALL! Thank you to EVERYONE who has helped already in any capacity! We appreciate you! To those who donate we thank you and ask that God give ALL of you DOUBLE for every gift sown no matter the amount! I love you! FOR-REAL!!!
