Those who know Christian best know him as a chef of great humility, a father of great integrity and a man with relentless tenacity.
About a month and a half ago Christian was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. He had 75% of his colon removed and just recently had a mediport put in for chemo which will begin in about a week.
With his 2 year old daughter Kayli at stake, Christian is not going down without a fight! In fact having beat Hodgkins disease at 12, Christian is well aware of the fight ahead of him!
All money raised will be used towards medical expenses, rent, food, gas and care for Kayli. Any amount helps! Thank you!
