Hey everyone.  Joy recently left the U.S. and returned to Australia to address on-going medical concerns that were not being appropriately handled under the U.S. medical system.  After being seen in Australia, she was diagnosed with cancer.  Due to this, Stephen has quit his job in Los Angeles to go back to Australia to be with Joy while she undergoes treatment.

Her diagnosis is Stage 4 gastric cancer.  It's inoperable and cannot be cured so they will be focused on treatment to improve her quality of life and contain the disease as best they can.

With a major short-notice move like this, the two will be having many expenses and no source of income for the time being.  The goal of this fund-raiser is to help them out with any expenses they have and help remove some of the anxiety and uncertainty from their difficult situation.  Please consider helping out as best you can as they literally just liquidated their belongings in the U.S. to drop everything and go back to Australia.
