Raising Money for C.R.O & Fees

Hello All
I am not one to ask for funds however it has now come to the point where needs must.
As many of you are aware we have been fighting against a private parking company for 2 years, we have now had 18 court cases and many more coming up.
We have decided now is the time after 17 case dismissals we will submit an application for an Extended Civil Restraint Order. This should prevent Parking company issuing anymore claims to members of our community.
There is no guarantee that the Extended CRO will actually be granted. We make the application; they will oppose it. Both sides argue their case before the Circuit Judge, and he or she makes a Judgment, just like any other type of hearing. All we can do is make the strongest possible argument.
To apply for CRO the cost is £255, we will also need to cover expenses of representation i.e travel costs and any other fees they may arise.
Should we not require all the funds we will be happy to then pass remaining funds back to you or to a charity of the forum members choice.
