My 29 year old cousin Morganne was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer on September 2, only days after her engagement. It saddens me that instead of planning her wedding she is planning freezing her eggs, chemotherapy, a double mastectomy and augmentation. She does not have insurance as she works where benefits are not offered. Please help me raise money to ensure we get her down that aisle cancer free. Any amount is appreciated and we will be updating this site with progress reports and more from Morganne herself on this journey. Time is essential so wanted to start fundraising efforts ASAP.

Thank you friends for your contributions. Helping us with the load by giving from your funds is a real testimony of support and love. Please keep sharing the need for donations! The financial burden carries additional stresses that only produce negativity when we need to remain positive. We trust that the Lord will take care of Morganne's needs, including the financial ones, and we appreciate that you all are an active part of His plan and are showing us evidence of His provision for us.

Morganne is doing incredibly well despite the obstacles. She is my daily inspiration. Since diagnosis, she has not complained once. I am amazed by her positive and uplifting spirit. She possess an attitude of a woman with a depth of character and strength and at the same time, she is humble and quiet and seeks to help others, not to be the one who is helped. The prayers said by all of you have helped her to have the fortitude to endure the threat that cancer alone has thrown her way. She is supported by YOU! Please remember her when you turn to our Savior and Lord.

Monday November 9, Morganne will have Round 4 of that dreaded red chemo drug. Round 3 was painful and she felt it more intensely than Rounds 1 and 2. Please pray for her...she is keeping a very positive attitude but we know this is really hard.

We are grateful for all of you who have given out of your pockets to help during this trying time. Thank you each and every one who has said a prayer. We praise God for all who have been faithful in remembering Morganne, Michael and our family in your prayers day to day or week to week. God is hearing and providing His cloth of comfort and arms of protection. We are only beginning but know we will be victorious. Round 3 out of 4 of bi-weekly chemo is past us and we have round 4 to go and then Morganne begins weekly chemo for 4 months. After chemo, on to surgery and then reconstruction. Long road that still unknown to us but God is leading the way and we shall overcome!

Thank you all who have been praying and/or made a donation. During this time of unknowns, the entire family is feeling very thankful and blessed to have so many people that care enough to give. It is truly a demonstration of Jesus in the flesh. Morganne is through day 2 of preparing for the preservation of her eggs so that after she is cancer-free, married and it is God's time, she can become that Mom she has always wanted to be. It would not have been possible to have moved forward with the fertility planning if it had not been for the gifts of financial support through this page. We have a long ways to go, and we remain faithful of His hand in all.

Morganne, you don't know me but my sister Kierstyn is a friend of your mom. Kierstyn told me that you had stage 3 breast cancer and that you just had a bilateral mastectomy. I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer last year on January 6, 2015 and I just two weeks ago finished my last reconstruction surgery. Last year I did the whole mastectomy, chemo and radiation bit. I am happy to say that I think the worst is behind me. I wanted to participate in your "gofundme" page because I want to help as much as I can. I was so lucky to have a really amazing support system to get me through the hardest part of last year and it made all of the difference. Please know that I am thinking of you and wishing you the best of luck in your recovery.
