Help Kosmo get his Vision Back

Hi my name is Kosmo you might know me for my adventures post in my Instagram account. Recently, I got diagnosed with diabetes and one of the complications is getting cataract in a short period of time. This complication can affect almost 80% of doggies like me, unfortunately I’m in between that percentage. 

We went to an ophthalmologist and the good news is that I’m a candidate for surgery. The bad news is that is a cost my owner cannot pay. Our ophthalmologist is located in: Veterinary Specialists of The Valley. 22123 Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 91364 and my doctor’s name is Ruby Goldenberg.
