Jenna Bolerjack Medical Expenses

THE NEWS:

Thursday, December 10th 2015, Jenna was diagnosed with breast cancer. We were (and are still) shocked, Jenna is 31 years old. We caught it very early, but at this point Jenna is Stage 2 and the cancer is not contained (but not widespread throughout her body). It is an aggressive cancer and so the treatment plan starts with chemotherapy followed by surgery.  She begins chemo December 29th for 8 rounds and will have surgery this summer. This video below is our announcment when we went public with the diagnosis:

WHY GOFUNDME?

Many of you know we are in Christian Concert Ministry. We travel and sing and minister and this is also how we earn our income. Jenna handles the management and booking for our ministry and also sings with me onstage at our concerts. While we do have health insurance, and it is covering the bulk of our costs, we are already aware of many things they do not cover that the doctors feel are essential for Jenna's treatment/recovery.  We don't want finances to decide what the best treatment is for her. This is where we ask if you would consider helping us ease the financial burden we are facing, for medical costs and to help us when Jenna cannot work her normal hours because of chemo and surgery and the recovery process.  That way she can sleep when her body needs it and not have to choose between resting and helping us seek out bookings.

We aren't sure how much help to ask for since we haven't even gotten to the surgery part, but we are grateful for the support already shown to us and your prayers.  God's got this covered.

"He does not fear bad news, nor live in dread of what may happen. For he is settled in his mind that Jehovah will take care of him."
