Medical and housing

I've been in professional baseball for 40 years. I have type 2 diabetes which has caused kidney failure. I was to have a kidney transplant last fall but in pre transplant tests, they found a cancerous tumor. Tumor was removed but transplant put on hold to make sure cancer does not return. Also, do not have a donor at this time. Two days after surgery, I was informed by new ownership of the Miami Marlins that my contract would not be renewed. I am currently receiving dialysis three days a week and struggle with blood pressure with my medical issues. I have exhausted all of my savings and maxed out credit cards and will soon be homeless without any income.
