Marian Hossa Rainbow for Ivanka

Please help Marian Hossa of the Chicago Blackhawks raise money and awareness for “Rainbow for Ivanka,” a campaign started for Ivanka Danisova, who was born as a triplet in Bratislava, Slovakia, with Goldenhar syndrome, a rare congenital defect. Ivanka, 27, has cardiac arrhythmia and deformation on the right side of her face, due to underdeveloped cranial bones; she has already had four cardiac catheterizations, overcome Leukemia and undergone a 14-hour craniofacial operation this past April. Ivanka is scheduled to have a second and final operation this fall in the United States. Ivanka has raised over $95,000 but still has $100,000 to go.
I just wanted to share a brief update, Ivanka recently underwent her surgery and will be recovering for the next three weeks in Cleveland. Thank you to all that have supported her thus far, Ivanka would not have been able to have this procedure done if it weren't for your generosity!

The funds are being donated through a Go Fund Me page set up by the Chicago Blackhawks Community Relations Managerand will be sent the directly to Ivanka to pay for her medical bills post procedure. Ivanka is a women who is from Marian Hossa's hometown in Slovakia. Ivanka conducted numerous fundraisers that raised over $80,000 dollars which covered the down payment to allow her to have the surgery. The $40,000 that we are working to raise now will be the final balance due when she is ready to leave the hospital.
