That is the story of an Armenian soldier who got wounded on the Armenian border fighting the enemy forces.
He needs money to go to Israel for further medical treatments without which his life is in danger. The Armenian corrupt goverment claims they have no money. Meanwhile they buy houses and luxury cars left and right.
