My name is Brandy and my husband TJ has been diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer with a total of 6 tumors that have spread from the esophagus into the liver at 35 years old... We have 4 children Alex 20, Tori 15, Mac 11, and Cade 7. This diagnosis has devastated our family and flipped our whole lives upside down! My husband is so sick that he has lost 55 lbs in the last 3 months because the biggest tumor in his esophagus was stopping most things from going down, and he was basically starving. He can't work, so we have had to move out of our house because we couldn't afford to live there any more, and take our children out of their schools. In this short time since he has been diagnosed the medical bills have already reached over $100,000!!! And that is just what our insurance doesn't cover! I am still working, but we can barely afford to feed our family at this point and we for sure can't afford to pay any of these medical bills! My husband and I have helped so many. We have helped run a baseball league for many years and my husband has coached so many children and we have been a part of so many wonderful families lives!
