On the way home from work in the early morning of January 27th, 2019 Grace was involved in a horrible car accident. There was a car broke down on highway 99 southbound coming from Kingsburg. Grace barely saw it until it was too late due to dense fog. She swerved to miss the car but still hit it and her car spun out while hitting 2 other cars. Her car then stopped and she attempted to get out at which point she was hit by another car and thrown from her vehicle. She has suffered a broken scapula,  broken clavicle, 3 broken ribs, a cut on her spleen and multiple deep cuts that had to be sutured for over 3 hours. Her car doesn't exist anymore, as it was nothing more than a squished tin can after the accident. She will continue to stay at the hospital until they feel she is able to be cared for at home.  I know some of you know that last month her work Cafe 225 burned down, so she was already in a tough spot.  She had to drop out of college this semester and won't be able to work of course.  She needs a couple other necessities she lost in the crash. Overall Grave could use help getting back on her feet. We still have a long road ahead of us as she has a long way to recovery. We are so blessed to still have her with us. Everyone at the hospital kept calling her blessed for still being alive after her accident. Please donate whatever you can and send her well wishes and prayers for an uncomplicated recovery.
