pxls.space began as a project inspired by r/Place, which was a community event on reddit. We are an open source collaborative art project maintained by thousands of users and a team of dedicated staff. We are a team of volunteers dedicating ourselves to this project and any funding will go a long way.


All money given will primarily go towards funding the hosting and development process including a mobile application, and then go towards hiring critical positions such as  writers and dedicated developers  to support the project both frontend and backend.


Currently, we believe a mobile application is our number one priority for us to majorly expand our audience. However, the development process for pxls requires more direct funding to ensure a stable build that will be free from future major issues, in order to ensure a quality mobile platform release. As of our current plans and discussions the application would be free to download and play as a direct link to the main canvas. You would have all canvas features, however there would be infrequent advertisements. Our current pricing model would likely place the application at a $2 value for an ad-free experience.


The funds at this point are critical, as we have several media opportunities forming and are lacking the financial backing to follow through. Any and all money given goes directly to the future of the project, and as a community focused team we are highly reliant on the interest and support of all to maintain us and promote growth.  Not to mention the servers currently maintain well, but as we grow we need to constantly meet the demand and currently the growth we want is impossible without the funds to do so.

Any financial support will go very far at this stage, and hitting our goal would secure the future of our project for the next few months. We're immensely grateful to all who view this page, funding or not. Please, share that we need and want to grow, and want to expand our community. We need your help to do it, just as always.

We appreciate any and all donations of any tier, and only offer these incentives at tiers to show that appreciation visibly once you help us meet our goal. For Twitter Follows or Discord room access please include your twitter handle and discord name respectively. $1 - A personal thank you from us! We appreciate the support!


$5 - We’ll follow you on twitter for a more direct link as well as give you access to the donator room on discord! As well as your choice of a card with a custom thank you from a member of the team, or a 1.5 inch and 2.5 inch pair of buttons, or two stickers!


Donor $10 - Along with the twitter follow and donor room, you get both a sticker and a 1.5 inch button! Includes card with a thank you from the team for your support.


Donor $15: At this tier you get a Poster of the canvas! (11x17). Access to donor rooms as well as a follow on twitter.


Funder$25: Wow, over 1% of our goal, thanks! For your funding we’ll give you a white T-shirt featuring our ‘pxls’ logo in available sizes. You also get access to donor rooms in addition to a special room to contact the staff directly! We’ll give you your choice of  a 2.5 inch button and a sticker as well, along with a thank you card from a team member and a follow on twitter!


Major Funder$50: Nearly three percent of our total goal, thanks so much! Major Funders get two white T-shirts (in available sizes) as a sign of our thanks. Access to donor rooms as well as staff-contact room, and a thank you card signed by members of the team with the twitter follow!


Supporter$100 - Five percent of our goal! Thank you so much, and please have two white T-shirts (in available sizes) in addition to access to the donor room and staff-contact room. Supporters also will get direct access to any future Beta builds, TEN stickers on a sheet, a poster of the canvas, and your choice of five 2.5 inch buttons! Enjoy the signed card and twitter follow and shoutout as well!


Cherished Supporter $200 - You’re so generous, putting us at already ten percent of our total goal! Cherished Supporters get two color T-shirts featuring both the ‘pxls’ and ‘P’ logo (in available sizes.) You’ll get access to the donor room and staff-contact room. You also have direct access to any future Alpha builds along with your own sticker sheet of 10 stickers, a canvas poster, and your choice of ten 2.5 inch buttons! Of course you get a card signed by us and a twitter follow and shoutout!


VIP Tier $1000 - Fifty percent of our goal!!! Thank you for your incredibly generous support. Please enjoy access to the donor room and staff-contact room. VIP tier gives access to all prior tier rewards and full access to all of our current developmental outlines and goals. You’ll get the opportunity to provide project feature suggestions, and ideas for the future of the project direction with priority consideration. We'll give you access to any future Alpha and Beta builds as well as access to pre-alpha test builds when available upon request. Special twitter shout out, a custom art piece from a team member (made with love not professionality) and a personalized card.
