Cure for Hanuman
Instant relief upon arrival; After a 40 hour flight and 4 hour taxi ride, which was hair-raising to say the least, I actually feel better than when I left. Bathing in the Ganges each day and being surrounded by the Holy Names... Haven't even started formal treatment yet, and I already feel so much better. Trying to follow my guru's directions to take it easy for a while.. trying. So many problems trying to get here, and I almost gave up. But, I didn't give up, and now Krishna is arranging everything perfectly. There are many Ayurvedic ashrams here, and I should be meeting with a doctor soon. I could not have come to this place if it wasn't for the the directions of my spiritual master, and the generous contributions that I have received. Thank you so much for your kind support and donations. I have a long ways to go, but little by little, I am moving forward.
I managed to take care of all of the mechanical problems and get everything moved and arranged, and thanks to generous donations, I was able to buy the first course of holistic medicines that I need. THANK YOU!! Now I am back at my home temple in Denver Colorado. This is where it all started in 1978. I was a teenage runaway, 16 years old. I came to the temple for a Sunday feast and I was hooked. The next day I gave away any food with meat products and all of my beer; December 10, 1978.I've been a vegetarian ever since. I had sold everything I own and came here with nothing but a backpack and a guitar. Now, 38 years later, I have sold everything I own again and I am here with my old backpack and guitar (both made in 1978). My flight was scheduled for last night, but Maya has struck again. My visa was scheduled to arrive yesterday, but because the Denver Broncos won the Super Bowl, they had a huge celebration and FedEx had to cancel all of their deliveries because they couldn't get through Denver. This is an ironic twist of fate because I have been a true blue Broncos fan since 1978 and I have been in Denver to watch all three Super Bowls that they've won. But last Sunday I didn't watch the Super Bowl, because I was at the Sunday feast. But, now I have to reschedule my flight which is going to cost me a huge amount. It has been one emergency expense after another and Maya is really trying to keep me from the holy dham. But I am going anyway. I may be broke when I get there, but I will be there with my guru. I have complete faith that Krishna will provide and I will receive the healing that I need. Thank you my friends for your support, emotional and financial. Please share this update again, and thank you so much for your kind donations. Hare Krishna.
