Bisbee Puma Booster Club

In the years since Phelps Dodge formally wrapped up major mining operations, Bisbee has seen its fair share of adversity. Sadly, Bisbee Unified School District has been no exception to the struggle our community has faced. Over the last seven years, the school district has faced one fiscal hurdle after another. As a result, Bisbee High School athletics have been stripped to the point that the primary source of funding is that raised by the athletes themselves. Over the past few years, Bisbee Football has seen a ressurection of sorts as it has returned to prominence under head coach Chris Vertrees. This ascent back to relevance even includes back-to-back victories against arch rival Douglas. Sadly, this kind of progress will be hard to maintain without the support of our many proud alumni. In response to the current circumstances, Coach Vertrees has moved to organize the Bisbee Puma Football Booster Club in order to aid the school and the athletes offset some of the costs to run athletics. The primary goal of the booster club is to support Coach Vertrees' Football players. However, Coach Vertrees hopes to raise enough funds to offer support to any BHS programs in need of assistance. In order to do so, the booster club is reaching out to its proud alumni that have gone on to change the world nation wide! We need your help to support future generations of Pumas! By becoming a coveted Puma Booster you will recieve regular updates as to how your Puma's are doing as they progress through their football season! they will also recieves special perks (including a parking pass to front of stadium parking) to the 2015 homecoming game!
