POQUOSON ANIMAL WELFARE SANCTUARY
The P.A.W.S organization is dedicated to the rescue and placement of abandoned, abused, and neglected cats and kittens. Our vision for these animals is a safe place that will provide them with food, shelter, medical care, rehabilitation, and adoption opportunities. Cats and kittens receive necessary care such as deworming, FIV/FeL testing, rabies and distemper shots, and are spay/neutered.
Poquoson Animal Welfare Sanctuary is striving to expand our programs and offerings to the community. We hope you will take part in helping us. Many of the cats & kittens we take in have been neglected, injured, or abused, so you can imagine that our veterinarian expenses are quite high.
The constant expenses are on us daily. We are getting ready for the kitty season which SPRINGS on us every year. Please consider one of the many ways of donating to support our efforts. Gifts from supporters like you will always be the Poquoson Animal Welfare Sanctuary’s source of revenue.

What does the sanctuary need???
-KMR Powder or cans (This is formula for baby kittens) -Cat toys -Purina Cat Chow -Catnip
-Purina Kitten Chow -Scoopable litter -Fancy Feast kitten canned food
-9 Lives, Friskies, or Fancy Feast adult canned
-Cleaning supplies (paper towels, Clorox wipes, Dawn dishwashing liquid, kitchen trash bags, OdoBan disinfectant)
Big wishes: Shed for storage, dog igloos, structures for feeding stations
