We're raising seed funds to set up a Psychedelic Prisoner Support network. We'd really appreciate any donations of money here and would also like you to get in touch if you have skills, ideas and enthusiasm to offer to this nacsent project.
We hope to set up an international network of solidarity, helping prisoners and their families who have been harmed by the War On (some people who use some) Drugs.
Psychedelic prisoners are people suffering from the effects of punative prohibitionist laws, who have been busted for using, selling, producing or in other ways being connected to the unlicensed use of psychedelic drugs (such as MDMA, LSD, magic mushrooms and cannabis).

My name is Julian Vayne, me and small group of friends (including William Leonard Pickard, imprisoned in Arizona) have been developing this idea.
As a writer and campaigner on the subject of psychedelics (I'm involved with the Breaking Convention conference at the University of Greenwich and publish a blog that covers, along with other stuff, issues of congnitive liberty) this is a cause close to my heart.
Funds from this campaign will be used to develop a comprehensive online presence and an ongoing campaign to support psychedelic prisoners. This will include purchasing webspace, developing social media and other services.
We will build a list of existing psychedelic prisoners, work with other agencies in the field of prisoners rights and make contact with prisoners themselves and where appropriate their families. In doing so we will learn what types of support these people need. Any excess generated by this crowdfunder will be used directly to support the wellbeing of those prisoners.
