Project Period: #HelpASisterOut
Tax deductible
I'm proud to support the YWCA of Southern Arizona's Project Period this holiday season, and I'm encouraging friends like you to particpate.
Project Period, now in its second year of implementation, collects tampons and sanitary pads for Southern Arizona women and others who menstruate.
Access to menstruation-related products should be universal. Instead, women and girls face having to miss work or school because they're unable to buy tampons and sanitary pads, which are expensive, taxed, and not covered by insurance.
#HelpASisterOut: Join me in supporting this important campaign.
Your online, tax-deductible contribution to the YWCA of Southern Arizona will help ensure that women and girls have what they need to manage their menstrual cycles.
You can also drop off new hygiene products at the Pima County Administration Building, 130 W. Congress St, where a collection box will be placed on the 11th Floor.
For questions, please contact [phone redacted].
Thank you.
