The concept of 3rd World was introduced by the G-5 nations many years ago during a meeting to discuss the future development of the global economy. The First and Second Worlds being the old world of Europe, was built on Agricultural Society and the discovery and settlement of the Americas. It was constructed on the Industrial Revolution; the foundation for our modern mechanical and technical societies.
The 3rd World describes billions of people in territories that became the human slab upon which the foundation of the Industrial Revolution was laid. Despite the sweat, blood, and tears of these categorized as 3rd World, they were not allowed to participate or benefit from the Industrial Revolution. Rather, they became the victims of oppression through subjugation and slavery.
Raped of their wealth and natural resources, they are left without the tools, skills, and machinery necessary to compete in this highly industrialized and technically-driven world of the 21st century. The greatest impact has not been the physical restrictions imposed on them, but the horrific mental damage inflicted on their sense of self, self-worth, and self-esteem.
The 3rd World have been robbed of the opportunity and right to discover, develop, and manifest their true leadership potential due to oppression and systemic debilitating ideologies. The result is the struggle to believe that there is hope for the realization of their dreams. What one discovers, after careful review of the 3rd World, is that the drama of political instability, economic disaster, social turmoil, cultural confusion, spiritual conflict, frustration, and disillusionment are the result of inaccurate philosophies that have been handed down under the guise of education to cover the real problem, which is a lack of AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP. Identity crisis, lack of purpose, lack of self-confidence, and lack of vision are the symptoms that have been manifested in the hearts and minds of the people of the 3rd World, recipients of the education and philosophies of the First and Second Worlds.
Out of the estimated 7 billion people on planet earth, the 3rd World constitutes the majority of humanity who are about “4 Billion” strong.
This is why Project Lek–Leka was birthed. Lek–Leka means go to yourself, go for your benefit, OR go to yourself. KL3W “Kingdom of Kings Leadership for the 3rd World.” KL3W was founded to address the challenges of 21st-century leadership and its philosophies. These leadership trainings and special courses have not produced the kind of visionaries we desire to see coming from the 3rd World because they are based on management techniques, manipulations skills, and methods of control and persuasion.
Our Leadership Centre programs are designed with the conviction and goal of training and producing a GLOBAL EMPIRE of authentic leaders and pacesetters in the 3rd World. Leaders who are spiritually grounded, have strong character and personal integrity, and who are principled in the application and delivery of time-tested authentic concepts.
The Centre is tuition-free and self-supporting. One of the ways this is being achieved is the offices on the ground floor will be made available for lease. The revenue generated will assist in the maintenance and operation of the Centre. A special wall will be erected, exhibiting the names of the contributors who have helped to make the Centre a reality. The wall also serves as a memorial and legacy for those creative thinkers who helped to manifest the idea into existence.
