Project ESPERANZA

Become a partner in creating hope for impoverished rural communities in El Salvador! Project ESPERANZA is an undertaking of the Central American Refugee Committee, a transnational 501(c)(3) that has been working to improve living conditions and opportunities in both Oakland and El Salvador for over thirty years.

The goal of Project ESPERANZA is to bring basic dental and medical supplies to communities that suffer from severe medical complications that develop out of a lack of elementary supplies such as a clean toothbrush, a basic woundcare kit, and simple medical and dental checkups. We are very happy to be working with VIDA (Voulnteers for Inter-American Development) to be sending thousands of dollars of supplies this year to on-the-ground dentists and doctors who will be conducting mobile rural health clinics during the summer.

But to do all this, we need your help. By donating your hard-earned money to this project, you will help us to buy and send specific equipment (such as an autoclave to sterilize used equipment) that will serve thousands of community members. 100% of your donation will go DIRECTLY to purchasing and sending these supplies.
