The "Project 407 Innovation Center" will be a collaborative workshop where members of the local community can work on business or personal projects, learn new skills, and make their creative ideas a reality.
This project is in the planning phase and the goal of this campaign is to raise seed money to cover startup costs and help it get off the ground. We already own the building and have space dedicated for this facility. We have invested our own money in this project, and will continue to do so, but there is a lot of work to do and we can't do it alone. We need your help.

The Bankable Building was built in 1917 and operated as a cigar manufacturing facility for nearly all of its 100 year history.
Located at 407 N Main Street in Frankfort, this historic building is now being preserved and getting new life as a center for entrepreneurs, with commercial, retail, and workshop space.
