Project 50: A Celebration of Life

Donation protected
This is Project 50: The live culture superproject aiming to capture the raw essence of life, love, the arts, expression, diversity, and humanity. With livestreams on social media platforms including steemit, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube as well as listener supported radio broadcasts 6 days a week, 4 hours a day, as well as interviews and footage from all over the United States, our project seeks to explore that fundamental question: What is human?

We want you to be a part of it. No matter who you are or where you’re from, we are all parts of one Earth;  We want to interview everyone. That's one of the things we're passionate about with this film and project.

In 2017, we spent $120 total for bus tickets spanning across 40 states and 50 cities, and spent that time on the road connecting with artists and musicians, great speakers, writers and philosophers.

This year, we're going to show you how to do it, too. This April, we’re embarking on a 26,000 mile journey to visit, explore and document every national park and monument in the country. Every one. We’ll be spending a week in each National Park exploring and unveiling the secrets of the most iconic landscapes in this country, and bringing it to you live, with every beat, along with an independently run forum for artists to share tips and tricks to get the most out of whatever you do.

We’re doing this to show people these magnificent landmarks in our country who might not otherwise have the chance, but more than anything, we're here to connect people with other people.

You. The people.  We want to include YOU in a project spanning over all areas of art and culture, all walks of life, and, of course, across every corner of this good country. We want to record your message, and put it out there to inspire millions of others, every day. To support and recognize our local artists, our local hardworking men and women, our local PEOPLE.
Down to the square of dirt in our hometowns.

Are you an artist? Musician? Traveler? Working class? Human? Then we need you. We’re traveling around all 50 states of the U.S. to document all walks of life. Our travel schedule will be posted daily, and weekly videos will be posted showing our progress and bringing new things for you to explore.

You’ll know exactly when we’ll be arriving in your state’s National Park or Monument, so we expect to see you there.

While also bringing you live streams of the most beautiful and iconic places in this country, and not-so-famous gems uncovered along the way, we'll also be stocked up on seeds to plant all the state flowers along the highways across the States.

That way, the interstate highways will be more enjoyable to travel, and it'll also be illegal to remove any of them. We'll be posting daily and weekly videos showing you our progress and sharing tips, tricks and secrets to traveling this good country for next to nothing. We will be publishing weekly blog posts and articles from many different authors and writers with many different backgrounds, of many different genres and types, as well.

A film and a project to celebrate life, art, and beauty of all kinds. The film will be shot without high-end equipment, to capture the raw essence of day-to-day life of people all over the country, from a perspective that is real and genuine. Working as a collective with hundreds of musicians, artists, writers and filmmakers, our superproject aims to encompass what it means to be a human being.

It’s a big project, and we want as much diversity of art and culture as possible. We’re totally open to anything at all, and we’re not bound to a rigid outline. We want to capture life, love, and art in its purest, raw form as it evolves within itself to something bigger than ourselves. The film will touch on all aspects of life, such as work, play, love, death, travel, culture and community.

Anything to help us make this dream a reality would be greatly appreciated; If you’re an artist, musician, writer or creative of any type, we look forward to working with you! Contact us at [email redacted], and be sure to follow us on Facebook, Steemit and IG for untouched photography from the open road.

All of that said, we've got everything else good to go except all the gas money. It's a big trip, and we budgeted for a car with better mileage, which we had to replace. Needless to say, we're a little short at the moment, and that's why we have this campaign up in the first place. We can't thank all of you enough for your endless and unwavering support for the cause, and we hope to meet you this summer!
