Professor Tope Omoniyi 'Sky' passed away 27th May 2017.
Professor Omoniyi was Professor of Sociolinguistics at University of Roehampton, London, UK.
Prof made charitable donations every year, and although he lived in the UK he made financial donations to fund key projects at the local secondary school, in his hometown.
After his passing we would like to honour his memory by providing a memorial in his name, at the school.
The school is Erin-Ile Secondary School, Offa Road, Erin-Ile, Kwara State, Nigeria.
