Joy Loboda Support Fund

$51,875 of $100,000 goal

Raised by 814 people in 29 months
As many of you already know, Matt Loboda and Kristin Mazanowski's daughter, Joy (19months) had an accident in the pool that put her in the ICU. The doctors tell them to expect at least a month-long stay at the hospital followed by physical therapy.

This accident occurred in Phoenix, AZ where they were visiting for Christmas, while their home is in Tampa, FL.  Due to the expenses involved with care for their four other children, meals etc., and most of all medical expenses, we have decided to set up this GoFundMe for them.

Any donation will be accepted gratefully with the love in which it was given.

Please keep Joy and her family in your prayers; our God is a God of miracles!!  We hope in Him for a full recovery for our sweet Joy.

Joy remains stable and is fighting to wake up....great sign! We are keeping her sedated until she heals more though. She is still very sick; her lungs need much more healing and her surgery incisions need to heal.

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far! We are so grateful!!! Joy is still stable and trying to wake up, which is good but not something the doctors want right now so she is being kept sedated. Please keep your prayers coming and share this campaign with anyone you think might be interested!

My Daughter Lorren survived a drowning accident on September 30, 2015. She was in the water around 10 minutes and was unresponsive for around 35- 45 minutes. They had told us that she was brain dead and that if, if she made it she would need help with everything for the rest of her life. The support and prayers we received were amazing. We just celebrated her 3rd birthday and she is 100% normal today. She was in the hospital for only 16 days and only intubated for 13. We serve such an amazing God who is capable of anything. Our prayers and support are with you and your family and most of all praying for you precious daughter, Remember there is lots of Hope just have Faith. When we were in the hospital i remember 1 scripture in particular: Proverbs 18:21 The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Don't listen to the negative things the doctors may say, know in your heart that God has got you and that with Faith in him, complete healing is possible. God bless your family!

We are keeping your family and precious Joy in our prayers! I'm sorry we are unable to help financially as we currently do not have the means, but we will continue to follow your story and lift her up in prayer. I saw another comment re the Ronald McDonald House.... Awesome organization and it is a wonderful home away from home and your other children will love it there too...play rooms and toys/entertainment for all ages, and a fully stocked kitchen. Staying there is not based on financial need, it is based on availability....if you haven't already checked into, you can speak to a case manager/social worker at the hospital to put a referral in for your family. We have stayed there in the past (out here in South Dakota) while our preemie was in the NICU and then again later when our children had back to back follow up appointments at the hospital. God bless you and the Lord will provide and give you the continued strength on this journey. Love n hugs!
