Sloane's wishes to become a donor are being triumphantly met by the truly amazing team here at the Alberta Children's Hospital. Please continue to pray for Sloane's soul, our family and her tireless team and community. We have felt so lifted up by your support. Words cannot even come close to thanking everyone
