SUPPORTING A FAMILY THROUGH TRAGEDY
Dillon Brown was a compasionate and dedicated father of 2, his love for his children and his wife was undeniable. Nicole is an amazing, beautiful, hard working, young mother of two, and her stregth and determination is beyond admirable. Not only is this unexpected tragic news too much for one person to emotionally/physically/mentally handle, but now she has just been informed that she is also pregnant with his child.
This is the ultimate time of need; A woman who must grieve the man who meant everything to her, grieve the man her children looked up to and cherished, she must grieve the loss of his life while staying strong for her children and continuing to care for them every single day with strong composure and grace - while hormonally pregnant! How is a woman, or any single person, supposed to do all of that AND provide financial means for their family? How is a person supposed to just carry on right away and upkeep a 9-5 job and financial stability after such a misfortunate loss? A person can only handle so much, it pains me, and everyone around her, SO deeply to know the heartache she is going through. We cannot have this stress affect her unborn child, this is a blessing baby and, Please, as her family and friends, we must step up and help, every single little bit helps right now. Anything will help make this transition, to a shocking new life chapter, just a little easier. To all acquaintances and the community, please don't hesitate to donate to this unforeseen cause; Even just 5$-10$-20$, it all adds up, and is much appreciated.
Please, let's come together as a community support system to help lighten her load financially to get through this immensely tough time, for her and her two, soon to be three, kids.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts,
From the Family & Friends of Nicole Herman-Brown.
Please Share and Care for his family, as he would have done for you<3
"Dillons celebration of life will be held this Saturday, March 26 at the Quinsam hall in Campbell River from 1-4pm. Children are of course welcome. I will be playing his fight footage, there will be photos, food, and lots of memories to be shared. It will be a less formal event, Im thinking white dress (not black) to go with the light hearted theme, but of course wear whatever you like and are comfortable in. I want to bring together everyone who was a part of dillons life and remember him in the most amazing way. I know he would want everyone to come together and celebrate his life, not be sad. We look forward to seeing everyone there :)" - Nicole Brown
Thank you all so kindly.
Please Note: We are currently working on sorting out the fine print details with gofundme directly, just to reassure the public that these donations will be solely for Nicole and the children. Gofundme does a screening process to eliminate frodulent activity, and we are gladly taking these steps to clear up any skepticism.
she can apply for the survivors benefit and the death benefit, as the spouse of dillon. and also for her children, the forms are availible online thru service canada. she needs to have the death certificate to do this.
Thinking about you and your family, Nicole ❤
