Portrait of a Warrior Gallery Kern County

Tax deductible
We have accomplished our primary goal of opening the Portrait of a Warrior Gallery as of September 10th, 2018!!!

Thank you Kern County!!!

We started in January of 2018 and did not open until September of 2018.  We have a funding gap to fill until we get to September 10th of 2019.

Please consider continuing to support our Fallen Heroes and this gallery through September of 2019.

We are raising money to continue to support the 27 Portraits of Post 9/11  Fallen Heroes from Kern County, California.

The paintings are of those Heroes that were killed in action or as a result of wounds suffered on the battlefield.

The Portraits are displayed permanently in the Portrait of a Warrior Gallery.  Each family also receives a smaller duplicate portrait to display at home.

"All gave some, some gave ALL."  It is our belief that all towns should honor their fallen in this manner and we hope the trend spreads.

Currently, there are memorials in our nations capitol for ALL conflicts EXCEPT the on going Post 9/11 conflicts.  We won't wait to honor our Fallen, and many are just young adults and gone way to soon  - with your help, we can continue this NOW and hopefully ALL of our warriors will be honored accordingly.

Portrait of a Warrior Gallery will be a destination for school field trips where students can interact with the artist and Veterans from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and Post 9/11 conflicts.

The Gallery will also feature a Vietnam Room with the photographs of our Kern County fallen and a space with over 82,334 personalized dog tags representing  all of our countrys servicemembers still missing since WWII.

We have a Veterans Resource Room with  the intentions to house references to every imaginable Veteran service available to our local Vets. Such as health, Mental Health, Recreation, etc.

Portrait of a Warrior Gallery Kern County is a 501 c 3 non for profit with the Tax ID #83-2192550.

All donations through Go Fund Me will go ENTIRELY to funding our Gallery.

There are NO administration fees from the POW Gallery and no salaries as we are all passionate volunteers.

We are currently Looking for a Challenge Coin Sponsor and a Computer / IT sponsor if you may be interested.  Kind Regards - POW Gallery.
